Ongles 4U & Spa Reviews

The employees rush to do your nails, up the prices if you pay by card, the lady next to me got a massage and oil and I got nothing! Disappointed

Did my nails 2 weeks ago. 1 is completely broken and one other has fallen off. Not my first time in a salon but this is my first time when my nails fall. First i had to wait because the people were late. My nails were done very rushed and the colore doesn’t ressemble what I asked for.

I went there and had my manicure. And the guy who did my nails literally damaged my nails. It kind of killed my healthy nails. 💅 I would never go back there again. 👎👎👎👎👎

I went to get a manicure and pedicure, and I was truly disappointed with the service and the quality of the work. My toenails were poorly cut, and the polish was badly applied (in several areas, it was missing). My hands were done in a rush because there were people waiting and only three workers…My fingernails ended up uneven—some longer than others and in different shapes. The customer service was TERRIBLE and more expensive than other places! The service is extremely slow, and they leave you waiting even when they’re supposed to be attending to you (they start with another client instead). They don’t manage their time limitations and accept everyone, leaving you waiting… I regret not reading the reviews before going in. I recommend “avoiding” this place.

This has been the worst experience. I have booked twice an appointment here. The first time I waited 1 hour to be served. The nailpolish cracked in many of my nails and when I came back (2 days later) for a repair, they wanted to charge me 5$. The second time, I booked an appointment for 11:30 and was only served at 12:05. After 35 min of waiting. The people were rude and extremely unprofessional. I rather be told that they are booked solid and they can’t add my appt than tell me yes and make me wait 35 min-1 hour. I do not recommend this place at all.
